Position: Cycle Design Engineer (Product Development at Air conditioner)
Education: B.E / B.Tech ( Mechanical/Refrigeration/Thermal) preferably from NIT’s
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience
- Candidates should possess Good communication skills [ Verbal & Writing ].
- Ability to manage the Projects through his leadership skills, while dealing with Internal as well as external customers
- Inter personnel skills/ Leadership skill -Self-motivated, Good ownership & High Level of Commitment.
- Knowledge and Experience Should have: Experience in Product development of Air conditioner Product is desirable.
- Able to lead project and guide team member.
- Experience in execution/ adoption of new technology idea in product development
- Good knowledge of New Product development [NPD] Process
- Good Knowledge of Air-conditioning system design including selection and designing of Cycle Parts like Compressor selection , Heat Exchangers design/ calculation, Cycle Balancing and Energy Efficiency, Heat Load Calculation.
- Good understanding of Indian and International standard related with Air conditioner. Experience in BEE star rating up-gradation for air conditioner.
- Conceptual understanding of Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics & Heat Mass Transfer (Convective –Forced & Natural)
- Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills.
