Role summary:
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will intensively pursue on-job training by close supervision by the team leader to learn, perform and support team & overall organization in achieving business results
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Understand the expectations of the internal (external) customers/ stakeholders
- Learn & perform assigned tasks as assigned by the team leader.
- Exhibit high level of commitment, urgency to fulfil assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Uphold Values & behaviors of the company at all times
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Fresh BE Mechanical Engineer with consistently exceptional academic results.
- Demonstrate high degree of fundamental knowledge in rotary, flow control subjects and passion to pursue career in flow control industry.
- Should possess high degree of communication skills, self driven, collaborative and willing to learn & perform in a competing environment.
