Job description:
This is regarding the recruitment of fresh graduate engineers passing out in the year 2022 from your institute Sasken Technologies Bengaluru, for the different open positions they have. Here is some information to help you and the students; please let me know whether you would like to take this forward.
Successful candidates will be offered the position of Associate Software Engineer. For the initial 3-6 months, an engineer will be trained on an area of business focus and will be assessed periodically. Training will be a combination of self-study, classroom, and on-the-job. Upon successful completion of the training and satisfactory performance, the engineer will be placed in customer projects. After successful completion of the trainings and completing 6 months, if the performance meets Sasken expectations, the engineer will be promoted as Software Engineer.
Work involves development, testing, integration, and sustenance of software products for Sasken customers. Assignments to different projects will be based on the skill and aptitude of the engineer. Work location could be Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Pune.
Educational Qualification:
Must have obtained any of the following degrees with at least 65% marks:
- Engineering degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication
- MCA with bachelor’s degree BCA / BSc (Computer Science) / BSc (IT)
- MSc Computer Science with BCA / BSc (Computer Science) / BSc (IT)
- ME/MTech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication engineering areas.
- Candidate must have obtained at least 65% marks (or 6.5 CGPA) in 10th, 12th / Diploma, Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree (if applicable).
- For those in the final year, offer will be subject to them scoring 65% in the qualifying degree in 2020,2021.
Technical Skills required:
Candidate must have the knowledge of one of the programming languages: C / C++ / Java along with data structures and algorithms.
Salary Offered:
Total ₹ 4.5 lakhs per annum.
Service Agreement:
Candidate must be ready to sign a service agreement of 3 years of continued service with the company, failing which (s)he agrees to pay ₹5,00,000/- to the company.
Selection Process:
Those meeting the educational qualifications will be taken through the following assessments, with selection at each step
- Tests of programming language skills (C / C++ / Java) and Aptitude (Numerical ability, Logical reasoning ability, Data Interpretation, Analytics Skills, English communication ability)
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
Those who qualify in all the assessments will be offered to join.
