Job description:
ChargePoint is conducting an internship for Engineers.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Working as an entry level developer as a part of a the team.
- Implementing embedded software for our next generation of EV chargers.
- Delivering code is to a very high quality, utilizing an Agile like approach of iterative development, test driven development and continuous integration.
- Focusing on ensuring you use the highest programming standards to produce highly readable and maintainable code, in addition to meeting the performance and reliability objectives.

- Interested to learn, work and grow as an embedded software engineer in the EV charging domain
- Self-motivated & a strong team player
- Good debugging and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

Qualifications and Experience required:
BE/B.Tech Engineering degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or equivalent
Good understanding of:
- Data structure and algorithms
- C++ and OOPS concepts
- C and shell scripts
- Operating System concepts like Process, thread, schedular, memory management
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of any of the standard protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, CAN)
- Experience in tools like: Confluence, JIRA, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins
- Experience in the electric vehicle space
- Engineering Courses from Embedded SW Training Institutes
