Job description:
Vishay is conducting an interview for the post of Automation Trainee Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Process automation through SPM
- Application of robotics /AI in manufacturing processes.
- Usage of Implementation of project methodology
- Designing, developing and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
- Creating automated systems/ machines and the software to control them also Preparation of machine specification and parameter optimization.
- Conducting research, documenting findings, and presenting reports at meetings
- Preparation of project documentation e.g. Drawings and SOP .
- Co-ordination with vendor and cross-functional Team for project execution
- IoT knowledge and implementation of IoT modules
- Time study for the processes.
- Identifying areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and making recommendations for improvement
- Provide training to the shop floor employees for new processes and process changes.
Qualifications and experience required:
- BE/B.Tech. Mechatronics
- 0 – 2 years of experience
Add-on Skills required:
- Knowledge of design/automation software’s, Software Languages used in manufacturing
- Programming of CNC, VMC machines
- Create embedded software design programs.
