Job description:
Bloom Energy is conducting an interview for the post of Technology Support Operator.
Position Summary:
Responsible for remote monitoring and control of the global fleet of Fuel Cell Plants from the Remote Monitoring and Command Center in India
Essential Functions:
- Remote Monitoring and Control of the Fuel Cell Plants
- Work in 8-hour shifts – either during the day or night
- Communicate & Support Field Service Engineers during commissioning, troubleshooting etc and Product Quality testing team
- Escalate failures per established procedure
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
- Good at graduation subject fundamentals
- Experience in basic Software such as Windows OS, MS-Office (MS-Excel/MS-Word)
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Additional Skills / Knowledge Preferred:
Knowledge of DCS / SCADA environment is preferred in case of experienced candidate
Education:
- BSc/MSc Chemistry/Physics, Diploma Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Instrumentation
- Experience: 0 – 2 years related experience in the above mentioned field
