Renesas Electronics is conducting an internship for Engineers.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Investigation of chip and wire integrated Doherty approach at 3.5 GHz with complex combining impedance technique
- Quantifying topologies versus bandwidth for 15-20% bandwidth
- Design of chip and wire using GaN technology, measurements can be done in San Diego
- Adoption of harmonic tuned PA modes in carrier and peaking branch to understand the dispersion across bandwidth
