Job description:
Eaton is conducting an Engineering and Technology Development Program- Software for Engineers.
The Engineering and Technology Development Program- Software tracks are within Eaton’s Electrical, Industrial and Corporate Sectors. This rotational program will provide exposure to multiple Software roles in Eaton India Innovation Center.
Software engineers will focus on a multitude of opportunities but the core technical skills and focus for the Eaton teams are on:
- Human centered design
- Web Application Development
- Big data engineering
- Software quality and architecture
- Web services
- Mobile app development
- Frontend/backend software
- UI/UX
- SCRUM
- IoT/Cloud/App development
- Full stack software engineering

Qualifications and Experience required:
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements):
- Currently possesses, or will have obtained a Masters or PhD degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with specialization in power electronics with a graduation date no later than June 2022.
- Minimum of one internship experience completed at the time of this application.
- Minimum overall cumulative CGPA of 7.0 or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or community.
- Active participation in professional bodies.
- Publications in international conference / peer reviewed journals.
- 2 or more relevant Internships experiences.
