Job duties and responsibilities:
Job instructions:
- 1st & 2nd level support for communication infrastructure topics
- Support the monitoring processes of Hella Corporate communication infrastructure
- CCNA training preferred.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Bachelor (Master) degree in Technology of education.
- Basic understanding of computer networking principals.
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure concepts (VoIP, VLAN).
- Basic understanding of virtual infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of IP protocol family, IP routing and routing protocols (RIP, OSPF BGP).
- Advanced English language skills.
