Job description:
Wave Mechanics is conducting an interview for the post of Maintenance Engineer.
Requirements:
- Mechanical/Electrical background Engineer.
- Knowledge of PLC program & Logics, VFD operation, AC/DC drives,
- Synchronous/Asynchronous motors & Parameters adjustments in Siemens & Fanuc controller.
- CNC machine programming skills.
- Basic knowledge in UPS, DG, Air compressor, Air dryer, AMF panel & TC operations & Maintenance.
- CNC machine installation and levelling.
- Able to solve Machine Breakdowns by reading manuals.
- Mechanical assemblies like replacement of Ball screw assembly, spindle assembly etc.
- Able to read Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits & assembly drawings.
- Maintenance Work Planning, PM Scheduling & execution, Reports & Documentation of the same.
- PDCA.
- Maintaining of Critical/general spares & consumables and follow ups.
- Maintain SOP’s and create Standard Work.
- Sound Knowledge in MTTR & MTBF.
- 5s, Kaizen, Continuous improvement system knowledge management.
- Productivity improvement / OEE management.
- QMS, AS 9100D knowledge & improvement.
- Knowledge of MS office, Cad 2D/3D.
- Maintaining History of machines with PM Details.
- People management.
- Good attitude & Self-motivated.
- Leadership skill.
