Job description:

Molex is conducting an interview for the post of Procurement CoE – Trainee.

Job duties and responsibilities:

The role of the Trainee in the Procurement CoE is primarily to the Capabilities of – customer request management & Master data management, data analysis, data cleansing & enrichment, procurement systems functional & technical support

Master data management (MDM) is a technology-enabled discipline in which business and IT work together to ensure the uniformity, accuracy, stewardship, semantic consistency, and accountability of the enterprise’s official shared master data assets. Master data represents “data about the business entities that provide context for business transactions”

Theprocurement system allows to maintain the process of procurement services and maintaining data management. It helps manage all the procurement-related processes and supply chain transactions.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Help team & Supervisors by contributing the daily tasks
  • Understand the processes and start contributing to the defined process objectives
  • Provide administrative support
  • Functional coordination and support by maintaining the existing procurement systems to ensure the ongoing availability and integrity of required functionality.
  • Get train and assist the system users with systems support to ensure effective and consistent use of procurement systems data management.
  • Develop the skill & Talent on process development initiatives, planning and implementation services for procurement system, Functional process implement and support new system capabilities
  • Build successful relationships cross functional team users, functional team, key stakeholders, and system users
  • Effectively involvement in technical &b functional meetings/communications and workshops with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve a positive outcome
  • Undertake any other relevant assignment as directed by supervisor or functional head
  • Flexible to work as per business requirement on job rotation and new assignment or transition job.
  • On demand ad-hoc assignment support – Cross functional department or vertical
  • Ensured all data-entry was accurate and provided customer service
  • New process training and effective deliverables to support the business

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • BE / BTech – Electronics and Communication
  • 0 – 2 Years of experience required

Skills required:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS office
  • Capable to understand the data sheets and business documents
  • Fast Learning and adaptation of new skills
  • Ability to understand activities of the global supply chain business
  • Professional attitude and ability to build respect and credibility among the stakeholders
  • Effective communication skill
  • Strong Verbal and written presentation skills
