Job description:
HID Global is conducting an interview for the post of Operations Officer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Backlog planning and Production fulfillment
- Committing Estimated Production Date in prep to actual production and ATP Rules
- Delivering committed production turn around
- Production related activity such as labeling, inspection, et
- Support on the flow of consignment stock and its accuracy
- Warehouse management (packing and shipping)
- Machine / Line Maintenance with records as applicable
- Production Reports
Market Knowledge:
Familiar with any form of production / production line related activity.

Education and/or Experience:
- Graduate or Higher in Electronics / Computers or related
- Fresher, Preferred At least 1 year or more related work experience
Language Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
- Intermediate level of Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
