Job description:
Tenneco is conducting an interview for the post of Shift Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- He is responsible for maintaining quality systems in respective area and for co-ordinating with Head Ring Foundry / Shift In charge and workmen for control of production related activities. He is also responsible for giving quality-related training to workers in consultation with Head Ring Fdy.
- He is authorised for review and disposition of non-conforming products in his shift. He is responsible for ensuring good house keeping and good working environment in the dept. He is authorised to stop production if Non Conformance is found.
Required Skills:
- Basic Knowledge for working on computers in MS Word, Excel, Power point
- Team Work
- Analytical Ability
- Manpower Handling
Qualifications required:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
