We also build Enterprise Training Solutions that help them digitally transform their L&D processes. VAMRR is expanding its talent pool and is in the midst of new recruitments across a spectrum of skills and function areas.
VAMRR Technologies is looking for a Brilliant, Passionate, and Dynamic Mechanical Engineer with 0-2 Years of experience to work as a Mechanical Engineering Domain Expert & Content Creator on our Enterprise Training Content Development Projects.
Responsibilities Associated with this Role:
- Studying, Understanding & Analysing of SOPs, Maintenance, Safety, HIRA, Trouble-Shooting related to VAMRR’s clients and Prospects training projects.
- You will also need to understand the Machines, Assemblies, Processes related to the Same.
- Create Training Outlines, Structure & Flow After Analysis of the Manufacturing Processes, with end goal of creating training content.
- Explain the processes to 3D Artists, Animators, Video Editors and Content Team at VAMRR
- Author & Publish E Learning Content using Articulate 360 (We will train you, but you need to have an aptitude, and ability to grasp and learn)
- Interface with Clients Technical Team, while understanding their requirements and explaining the solutions we offer.
- Visits to Client Plants & Premises across locations in India to study processes and create content.
- Editing videos for aforementioned e-learning
- Coordinating with various stakeholders
- Visiting sites for gaining knowledge of various manufacturing processes
Must Haves Include :
- Thorough Theoretical & Fundamental Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
- Previous Internships & Exposure in Plants or in Enterprise Training
- Very Clear Communication Skills
- Aptitude to Learn Quickly
- Should be open to learning new softwares
- Flexible in working with different platforms.

- Drafting (2D sketches to 3D & Vice Versa)

Work Timings / Days:
On Premise role at the VAMRR Office in Viman Nagar, Pune.
10:00 am to 8:00 pm All Weekdays.
CTC:
Probation (3 Months): INR 18,000 per month
Post Probation: INR 22,000 per month.
