Hella is conducting a off campus drive for the post of IT Trainee. A total of 5 positions are available.
About the program:
- Program Name: Competence Learning Academy (CLA) Program
- Event: Off Campus Hiring
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for assessment & selection process
- HELLA on-campus recruitment drive and interview process is two rounds:
- 1. Written (Aptitude + Technical) MCQ Test
- 2. Personal Interview
- Training & post training job will be operated in hybrid mode (online/offline).
- For ‘offline-mode’, shortlisted candidates will require to visit “HELLA, Gurugram – Corporate Center” as and when the trainings are scheduled

Qualifications and other requirements:
- BCA /MCA /B.Sc. /M.Sc. [Specialization in Computer Science or Information Technology]
- Year Of Passing: 2021, 2022 Batch with no backlog
- Basic to intermediate skills in the area of IT
- Good English verbal and writing skills. German language skills are an advantage
- Communicative and open-minded personality, willingness to learn new topics
- Active participation and self-motivation in a global team
