Pfizer is conducting an internship at their Vizag office.
Job duties and responsibilities:
As part of the business support team, you will represent your organizational unit on administrative matters recommending, interpreting, and implementing company’s internal administrative policies and procedures. Your will perform a combination of administrative tasks in various functional areas to maximize the efficiencies of businesses supported. You will also be responsible for supporting services, such as event planning, customer service, publications, and technical writing/editing.
You will participate in activities related to improving processes of your team and collaborate with others by sharing your experiences. Your knowledge and skills will help in making decisions that make the best of limited options. You will be proactive in leveraging your team’ knowledge to learn and develop your own work products.

How you will achieve It:
Interns can expect challenging assignments with the opportunity to apply knowledge and gain work experience within a GMP manufacturing environment or remotely. In addition to their assigned project, interns can expect opportunities to participate in group social and developmental learning activities throughout the internship. Core responsibilities are as follows:
- Perform challenging, demanding and diverse assignments respective to the role and projects within Manufacturing Intelligence projects for the Vizag site,
- Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver site objectives on time.
- Interact directly with site colleagues in resolving operational challenges.
- Participate in site meetings and present as required to other Pfizer colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor degree required.
- Experience in pharma industry or in manufacturing a plus.
- High attention to details.
- Good skillset associated to Manufacturing Intelligence work.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Graduate Degree in progress.
- Ability to solve routine problems and to convey issues constructively.
- Ability to make basic decisions with an understanding of the consequences.
- Understanding of both pharma industry and scientific academic research environments.
- Knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes.
