T1 Support Engineer Intern – Publisher | Taboola | New Delhi

Taboola is looking to hire a dedicated, service-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide top­-of­-the-­line service to its internal and external clients.

The T1 Support Intern – Publisher role is very crucial for the success of Frontline Services as they are precisely in-charge of the Frontline Services operation during a particular shift and fully accountable for every aspect of delivery.

As a Support Intern working in our Professional Services Department in Gurgaon, you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge of web tools such as CSS and HTML gained from your studies into practice in the real world by delivering high quality support service to our clients globally. You will also interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

The internship duration will be of 6 months, and after successful completion of internship, you could be offered a full time role (subject to performance)

Job duties and responsibilities:

As a Support Intern, you will:

  • Debug issues related to Taboola’s world-class products for its customers being the first point of contact.
  • Deliver high quality support services while understanding the customer’s requirement and meeting SLA’s
  • Deal with technically complex scenarios
  • Raise consultations to relevant channels for issues, queries and resolving or providing much needed attention to the issues reported
  • Identify errors through QA and fixing them through technical debugging. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate issues internally as needed.
  • Collaborate and coordinate like a pro with different team members, tech/team leads for continuous knowledge enhancement.
  • Take end to end ownership and accountability of assigned tasks to ensure quality delivery and experience.
  • Work on feedback from business, management and team members to bring needed changes to effectively deliver value to our business.
  • Focus on PS principles (Be an expert, Client Centric, Specialisation and Globalization) and values in every interaction
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization skills, and attention to detail

Qualifications and experience required:

  • You have recently completed BCA / BSC in computer science / IT
  • You have strong communication skills in English and are comfortable to communicate via various channels including email, chat and phone
  • Have knowledge of CSS and / or HTML web technologies, CSS, JS, API and SQL
  • You have a basic understanding of browser based development tools and SEO
  • Are a fast learner with the ability to grasp new technologies quickly
  • Are able to work from our Gurgaon office location
  • Are able to work in a rotational shift pattern that includes night shifts and weekends
  • You can commit to a 6-month internship programme and have an interest in continuing your career with Taboola post-internship, if offered the position
