Job description:
Analog Devices is conducting an interview for the post of System Applications Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- As a member of the modeling and circuit simulation team, you will develop and provide customer-facing digital models of ADI products and systems to enable faster customer adoption.
- You will work closely with the engineering teams of the business units and the field teams working directly with our customers in order to provide these digital models and systems in a timely manner.
- You will develop models across various ADI technologies for IBIS, IBIS-AMI, LTSpice, etc using the latest tools, flows, and methodologies.
Qualifications and experience required:
- BSEE/MSEE or equivalent degree in Electronics / Electronics and communication, Computer engineering, Physics or any related course.
- Good knowledge on analog electronics, electromagnetism, and transmission line theory.
- Exposure with SPICE simulation tools like Spectre, HSPICE, LTSpice is an advantage
- Exposure towards automation and scripting like LabView/Python/Shell, etc is an advantage
- Well organized, independent and self-motivate.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and to deliver assigned projects in a timely manner.
- Must be a good team player and must have the ability to carry out implementation tasks independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure smooth collaboration across functional teams or third parties
