Job description:
Infineon Technology is conducting an interview for the post of Application Support Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Support the application Qualtrics (Customer Feedback)
- Creation and maintenance of survey
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards
- Provide new and transformed (scripting) data to Qualtrics
- Support the application Community (Infineon Developer Community)
- Support the application support for user questions and issues
Qualifications and experience required:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
- Some experience with Python, HTML, and/or CSS is required
- Write custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript for websites and applications
- Create, Test and give feedback on user surveys
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Highly-motivated, Self-learner passionate team player on the path to becoming a great web or app developer.
- Must have the ability to work independently to solve problems and learn new skills as required.
Education:
- UG – B.Tech / B.E, B.Sc – Any Specialization
- Computer Science is an added advantage
