Job description:
Valeo is conducting an interview for the post of Master Engineer Trainee.
Essential responsibilities:
To work primarily on Finite Element Model generation and analysis involve Wiper systems
component of Motor, linkage system, Sensor system,Arm and Blades by using following
- Static nonlinear simulation within ANSYS WB
- Dynamic linear simulation in ANSYS WB.
- Rheology simulation in MOLDFLOW.
Skills required:
- Strong theoretical Knowledge in Finite Element methods and Plastics.
- Self sufficient in theoretical knowledge on the Mechanics, Strength of materials, Design and Vibrations.
- Strong practical knowledge on the testing.
- Responsible for finite element Modeling for assemblies and Sub assemblies of Wiper systems as per Valeo PG standards and perform FE nonlinear simulation calculations as per PG requirements
- Interaction with other divisions or units worldwide and establish a strong and intimate
Customer - Guarantee the respect of best practice and standards, establish and capitalize new standards when applicable.
Qualifications – Education/Training:
- BE / ME in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute or university
- With a strong background in FEM using ANSYS Linear and NonLinear.
Professional Experience:
Engineer: Knowledge in Ansys FEM using ANSYS Linear and Non Linear
