Job description:
Konecranes is looking for Electronics Hardware Engineers for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainees.
Job duties and responsibilities:
To be a member of the HW team that evaluates the work amount for individual tasks in the backlog, execute those tasks during sprints, communicate with other team members on a daily basis and demonstrate the results of the sprint to the product owner at the end of every sprint.

Tasks:
- Development of electronic schematics and circuit diagrams.
- Selection of common electronic components
- Design of schematics and PCB layouts in CAD
- Supporting EMS manufacturer to ramp up their manufacturing, Test setups, Quality checks
- Identify components for End of life and find out alternatives.
- Implement those changes, build prototypes and test those proto types
- Implement and functional testing of embedded systems.
Required skills and experiences:
- Skilled in reviewing electronic schematics and dimensioning components.
- Knowledge of common electronic components and parts as well as their calculation and design experience with embedded systems Project
- Hands on with PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, or similar)
- Simulation of design using Simulink/similar tool
Educational background:
- Bachelor’s engineering degree in Electronics or relevant. Post graduate course in embedded system / Mechatronics – specialization in HW design.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of work experience in Electronics PCBA manufacturing
- Knowledge of German language will be advantage.
