BeatRoute is hiring for the post of Customer Success Graduate Engineer Trainee.
This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh engineering graduate who possesses sharp problem-solving skills, a natural aptitude for learning, and a passion for client facing roles to learn solutioning, consulting and project management skills in the company of senior customer success professionals and in the environment of some very reputed brands as customers.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our seasoned team to learn and understand the intricacies of our SaaS product and its capabilities.
- Assist in the execution of account setup exercises, which involve data integration, configuration, and testing, ensuring seamless onboarding for our clients.
- Develop a solid understanding of project management methodologies, enabling effective coordination of client-related activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support.
- Provide comprehensive training to clients on using our platform effectively, empowering them to maximize the value of our solutions.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Let us know if you have played sports or done projects in your college days.
- Fresh graduate with a strong desire to kickstart a career in customer success within the SaaS industry.
- Good Aptitude
- Eagerness to learn about our product and its technical aspects in-depth.
