Job description:
You will join BeatRoute as a Customer Success Associate – Trainee and will be evaluated to be promoted to Associate Customer Success – L1 in 9 months.
You will assist your team lead in ensuring our clients’ success by working alongside throughout the engagement duration from solution blueprint workshop to user acceptance testing, user awareness program, client checkpoint presentations and setup of BeaRoute system as per blueprint.
This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh engineering graduate who possesses sharp problem-solving skills, a natural aptitude for learning, and a passion for client facing roles to learn solutioning, consulting and project management skills in the company of senior customer success professionals and in the environment of some very reputed brands as customers.
Essential responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our seasoned team to learn and understand the intricacies of our SaaS product and its capabilities.
- Assist in the execution of account setup exercises, which involve data integration, configuration, and testing, ensuring seamless onboarding for our clients.
- Develop a solid understanding of project management methodologies, enabling effective coordination of client-related activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support.
- Provide comprehensive training to clients on using our platform effectively, empowering them to maximize the value of our solutions.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Fresh graduate with a strong desire to kickstart a career in customer success within the SaaS industry.
- Good Aptitude
- Eagerness to learn about our product and its technical aspects in-depth.
