Synopsys is hiring for the post of R&D Engineer.
Job requirements:
- Familiarity with ASIC design flow and the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and methodologies utilized in the process.
- Proficiency in C/C++, with practical experience in implementing data structures and algorithms.
- Strong algorithmic skills and a solid understanding of data structures.
- Desirable experience in Functional Safety, Hardware Security, or Fault Analysis concepts.
- Good command of Tcl, Python, and Perl for development on Unix platforms.
- Knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog, or VHDL Hardware Description Languages (HDL) is advantageous.
- Capability to devise new architectures and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
- Self-motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to establish and pursue personal goals in a dynamic environment are essential.
- A strong focus on quality and a drive to make a positive impact.
- Experience in production code development on Unix/Linux platforms.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience.
