Job description:
AMD is conducting an internship for Engineers in Bangalore.
This role is categorized as a ONSITE job.
ONSITE: This role requires interns to work from the AMD Bangalore office for the duration of the Co-op/Intern term. First-time Co-ops/Interns are expected to work full-time and onsite.
As a member of the AECG ASIC/Custom silicon team, you’ll collaborate with some of the most skilled and passionate engineers globally to develop designs that redefine performance, energy efficiency, and scalability. Technical skills required:
- Strong foundational knowledge in Digital Design, Power, and Clocking.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, PERL, TCL, and Verilog.
- Exposure to physical design flows is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of Digital Design and VLSI flows and methodologies.
- Proficiency in RTL coding with VHDL, Verilog, and System Verilog.
- Familiarity with Digital Electronics principles.
Qualifications required:
Final semester students pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with a solid background in Electronics, VLSI, Microelectronics, or related disciplines as a major part of their curriculum, and a proven academic track record, are encouraged to apply.
