Job description:
Analog Devices is seeking an Analog Design Intern based in Hyderabad, India, to contribute to the development of high-speed HDMI PHY.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Engage in hands-on analog/mixed-signal transistor-level circuit designs, conduct simulations, and validate designs using Cadence tools.
- Perform simulations across various parameters like PVT, Statistical mismatch, and Monte Carlo Analysis for circuits including PLL, bandgap, LDO, drivers, ESD, and amplifiers.
- Conduct post-layout extraction & simulation.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a solid understanding of analog and mixed-signal electronics, tools, and workflows.
- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and Maestro is crucial. Basic familiarity with analog layout guidelines and techniques is required.
- Preferred experience or knowledge with circuits such as PLL, bandgap, LDO, and drivers.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PERL, Python is advantageous.
- Familiarity with VerilogA, MATLAB is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
