Job description:
Faurecia is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Trainee Engineer.
The position involves overseeing the production performance, addressing personnel issues, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across multiple Autonomous Production Groups (GAP).
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Cost & Delivery (QCD) Performance:
- Direct QCD initiatives by setting targets, implementing plans, and tracking daily results to achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive actions for improvement by fostering transparent communication with Production Supervisors, supporting functions, and Autonomous Production Unit Manager.
- Manage team performance by identifying areas for improvement, facilitating teamwork, leading problem-solving groups, and conducting workshops on quality improvement methods.
Ensure Compliance with HSE Standards:
Intervene in production lines to mitigate safety risks and enhance working conditions and ergonomics.
Qualifications required:
- Associate degree in Engineering Production/Mechanical with a minimum of 60%.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
- Proficient in English at an operational level.
- The ideal candidate will be a team player with a commitment to ensuring operational excellence and fostering a safe working environment.
