Job description:

TE Connectivity is conducting an internship Program for Engineers.

Project 1: Automation Manufacturing Technology Team

Role:

Assist TE India in advancing automation, robotics, and AI technology.
Propose innovative solutions and drive developments.
Support global AMT initiatives. Bring fresh insights to TE & AMT, particularly in AI and related technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

BE/B. Tech. in Computer Science Engineering
No Backlogs throughout the academic journey.
Maintain an aggregate of 80% and above in academics.
Possess strong communication skills.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
Be adaptable and receptive to diverse technologies.
Have proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, C++, Java, etc.).
Familiarity with machine vision and image processing.
Solid practical understanding of current AI/ML technologies.
Preferred basic knowledge of data science principles.
Adept at programming, configuring, and troubleshooting control technology equipment (PLC/HMI/Servos).
Basic familiarity with at least one leading brand’s control systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff, Omron).
Some exposure to industrial robots and/or cobots is advantageous.
Nice-to-have basic understanding of industrial vision systems.

Project 2: Data Insights & Analytics Team

Role:

As an intern, you’ll collaborate with our highly skilled team members, gaining hands-on experience across various domains such as data engineering, data science, operations, and DevOps.
