Job description:
Dassault Systèmes is hiring L1 Support for their company in Pune.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- As part of this team, you will be responsible for the Dassault Systemes Continuous Delivery DevOps Support for worldwide users.
- You will respond in critical situations which are connected with aggressive SLA.
- Root cause analysis to each problem, identification of problem area and communication with impacted users is critical to this profile.
- You will also need to help L2/L3 teams through a series of actions, via either phone/mobile, email or chat, until full resolution. Your base location will be Pune.
- Will be working on LINUX and Windows operating system.
- Deeper analysis and quick response will be mandatory.
- Related technologies for monitoring and maintaining the cloud platforms and services. You should be able to work well in isolated environment without any additional support.
Qualifications /Experience required:
- 0 – 2 years of experience with Bachelor’s Degree, MCA, MSc-CS degree.
- Primary Skills: Good Analytical and debugging skills.
- Knowledge in UNIX, LINUX command line.
- Any Scripting like php, shell or python is added advantage
- Effective communication with R&D users on technical queries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
