Job description:
Labcorp is conducting an interview for the post of Data Entry Support Coordinator.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Review User Access Requests from client and internal teams for accuracy 40%
- Submit User Access Requests 20%
- Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions 5%
- Complete required trainings according to required timelines 5%
- Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity 5%
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and assist with the implementation of revised processes and procedures
- Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments as needed 10%
- Perform checks to ensure quality and work completed 5%
- Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution 5%
- Track and report metrics as determined by management according to required timelines
- Participate in meetings as required by management 5%
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred:
BA / BS degree
Experience:
Minimum Required:
- 0-2 Years of experience in a relevant industry
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with others
- Ability to deliver consistent high quality work
- Ability to use computer and departmental tools
- Ability to influence and negotiate others
- Ability to facilitate meetings
- Participation in process improvements
- Ability to evaluate and interpret data
- Experience with system and process requirements in a regulated environment
