HELLA is conducting an interview for the post of Industrial Technician.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- MUST know to perform preventive maintenance and electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning manufacturing equipment
- MUST know the working on SMT shop floor.Capable to Assist in Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain electronic systems and equipment used in industrial manufacturing
- Maintain and support equipment calibration activities and Must know the setting up & fine tuning of the Sensors, Scanners
- Required hands on Knowledge of MTBF, MTTR, OEE, TPM
- Must keep all the records update & must face all the Audit & VisitsBasic Programming ,
- Working Knowledge of SMT Line Equipments
- Knowledge and follow all established ESD, safety, ergonomic and security policies
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Diploma in ECE/Electronics & instrumentation
- 1-3 Years of experience in SMT Maintenance is must
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Good analytical, math and problem-solving skills
