Job description:
IdeaForge is conducting an internship for Engineers.
.Job duties and responsibilities:
- The Manufacturing Intern will be primarily responsible for assisting with future production expansion.
- Work on cutting edge Manufacturing technologies to manufacture parts and prototypes
- Learn, implement, and scale up the use of core engineering principles to liaison with stakeholders during technical engineering interactions.
- Work on quality improvement techniques for conventional manufacturing processes like CNC machining, Injection Molding, and fabrication.
- Help stakeholders (re)design parts for manufacturing for easy scale up from prototyping to production.
- Work with potential automation vendors to get specifications and costing of machines that we want to install in the future
- Help with day-to-day activities and contribute directly to automate companywide dashboards
- Assist with the implementation and sustenance of 5-S in different plant locations
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Pursuing Engineering in either Mechanical, Process or Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing and Plastic Moulding will be preferred
- Should be available for full time (in-office)
- Can start the internship between within 30 Days and are available for duration of 3-4 months
- Local to Mumbai area or should be open to relocation at own expense
- Have relevant MS Office skills and interests
