Job description:
Microchip Technology is conducting an internship for Engineers.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include working with the SoC development teams to verify analog and mixed signal sub-systems, chip level AMS and spice simulations.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor/master’s degree EC or EE student.
- Understanding common analog blocks such as Op amps, Comparators, Bandgaps, LDOs, ADCs/DACs, PLLs, Oscillators, etc.
- Knowledge on analog CMOS development environment.
- Knowledge on Mixed signal verification methodology is a plus.
- Experience with Virtuoso Composer, ADE is a plus
- Knowledge on Scripting languages like Perl or TCL or equivalent is a plus.
- HVL methodology (UVM/OVM/VMM) and HDL (SystemVerilog, Verilog) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and apply new technologies
