Job description:
PCB Power is conducting an interview for the post of Technical Sales Support Trainee.
The Technical Sales Support Team is the face and voice of the company as they drive all kinds of interactions with leads and new & existing customers across the country for all our services and products. The goal of the team is to make every customer interaction count.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Any UG Graduation (Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Electronic degree is a Plus)
- Technical Sales, Sales Operations, and Technical Sales Support skills
- Experience in providing Technical Support to customers
- Analytical skills to identify and provide technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
Years of experience:
- 0 – 3 Years of experience required
- Experience of 1-3 years as Sales / Sales Support Executive / Back Office is a plus
