Job description:
Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), Under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, invites online applications from interested candidates to recruit Executive Trainees/Junior Engineer Gr-II/Mine Surveyors.
Candidates with a B.E/B. Tech qualifications can apply for these jobs. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 18 March 2024 to 16 April 2024. The detailed eligibility and selection process for DVC Jobs are explained below.
Qualifications and experience required:
Executive Trainee (Mechanical/Electrical/civil/C&I/IT/Chemical):
- Candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/C&I/IT/Chemical Engineering.
Executive Trainees-Soil conservation:
- Candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech in relevant field
Junior Engineer GR.II:
- Candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Electrical/C&I/ Civil/Communication Engineering.
Mine Surveyor:
- Candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech in relevant field
Selection Process of DVC recruitment:
- The Selection Process for Executive Trainees (Mechanical/Electrical/civil/C&I/IT/Chemical) will be based on merit obtained in GATE 2023
- The selection process for Executive Trainees (Soil Conservation), Junior Engineer GR.II and Mine Surveyor will be based on Computer Based Test (CBT).
- DVC may also recruit Executive Trainee HR/CSR/PR) through UGC-NET (National Eligibility Test) for which Candidates should appear in JUNE- 2024 UGC-NET (Marks in Paper with Subject Code 55/10/63).
