Job description:
DOW is conducting an interview for the post of Information Technology Analyst.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.
- Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build solutions which meet requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision.
- Develop applications, API, data models and integrations that are sustainable and supportable.
- Documents detailed designs.
- Builds, tests and implements application objects.
- Provide ongoing support and sustain solutions. Assists with issue resolution.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- BS in Computer Science or Software Development or relevant software development experience
- Between 0 to 2 years of experience
- Proficient knowledge in software development (Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Development, and etc)
- General knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and etc) and tools (Git, Insomnia/Postman, static code analysis, and etc)
- Experience with Microsoft’s software development stack: .NET full-framework and core (C#), Entity Framework, SQL Server, and etc.
- Experience with frontend web libraries/frameworks: Bootstrap, Angular (JavaScript/Typescript), ASP.NET MVC, and etc.
- General familiarity with Azure Developer services: App services, Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights, Azure SQL, CosmosDB and etc.
