Job description:
Ford is hiring Engineers in Chennai.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Analyzing the system/functional requirement which are inline with Ford Specifications
and raise the questions if clarity needed Good knowledge on State machine and control
logic topics. - Develop unit/functional/interface/system level test cases in verifying customer requirements in Ford Specifications.
- Automate the developed testcases using test libraries in MIL/SIL environment
- Raise the identified failures in Jira and support the retesting the issue untill it is fixed
- Participate in the weekly review meetings
- Support the other project/process related activities
- Should be able to debug and resolve or approach concerned point of contact for any system or tool issues or others if any.
- Able to develop new libraries or m-script for project needs
- Work on Efficiency enablers to improve the efficiency/turnout
Skills required:
- Theoretical knowledge on different software lifecycle, RTOS, types of testing like Black,White and Grey box testing.
- Good knowledge of tool like BTC/Reactis is an added advantage.
- Good understanding on AUTOSAR compliance.
