Job description:
SUN Mobility is conducting an interview for the post of Battery Build Technician.
This position is with the Field Operations team of Sun Mobility.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Able to understand work instructions and Battery assembly and testing.
- Good Knowledge of PCB board assembly and testing
- Knowledge about Torque, Torque tools, Fixtures, Equipment, and POKAYOKE
- Conduct production, inspection, and test as per work instructions and other procedures.
- Perform high-precision calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments.
- Monitor the functioning of all equipment.
- Ensure all logbooks are maintained according to standard operating procedures.
- Good electrical and electronics knowledge (EV and battery technology is an added advantage)
- Adhere to maintenance procedures and avoid any breakdowns and failures.
- Good 5S Knowledge and be an active member of Kaizen activity.
Qualifications required:
The candidate shall be an ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with at least two years’ experience in the EV domain.
Preferred skills:
- The candidate shall have Basic Skills with tools such as MS Excel & MS Word.
- The candidate must be proficient with English and Hindi.
- Freshers with excellent academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
