Job description:
Keysight India is looking for talented fresher for its electronics measurement business in the areas of Sales, Support and Applications.
The interested candidate needs to have a strong technical competency in areas of Wireless Technologies including 4G/5G, Memory and Peripheral Interconnect technologies, optical communications including PAM4 and PAM16, Quantum Engineering, and RF, Microwave and Satellite communication technologies. The candidate needs to have strong interpersonal skills and a flair for meeting and communicating with the customers. The selected candidates will go through a rigorous training process that enables the transformation of an individual from a student to a thoroughbred professional.
Job profile:
- The candidate should have complete understanding of the technologies including 4G/5G mobile communication, memory and peripheral interconnects, optical communications, quantum engineering, RF, Microwave & Satellite Communications.
- It is essential for candidate to have strong software scripting knowledge on Python, C++ and C#. Knowledge on software automation using Keysight PathWave and good exposure to AI/ML techniques will be added advantage.
- Primary job of candidate is to analyze customer’s requirements and recommends appropriate solution, run demos and sample analysis.
- Candidate owns technical qualification of Keysight solutions though product information, product presentations, product demos to the customers.
- Solution engineer must assist the field organization to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise.
- They should lead projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, third parties, solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
- As a technical partner with sales development functions, the candidate is required to deliver technical seminars and presentations.
- Candidate will need learn sales tools and use the analytical tools to analyze customer profiles, markets, trends, funnel management etc.
- Candidate should advise company on market trends, build strategies, and plans with the team to continue winning the markets for Keysight.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science with CGPA of >8/10
