Wipro is conducting an interview for the post of Trainer.
Job title: Faculty – Trainer – “Embedded, Device Driver programming” with Talent Transformation
Key skills required:
Should have strong technical expertise with hands-on project experience at L2 / Advanced level on following skills:
- “C Programming, C++ Programming , Linux Device Driver Programming, Application Programming and Device Driver Programming in RTOS environment and experience with embedded boards like Raspberry Pi , BeagleBoard or other evaluation boards”
- Good knowledge on Linux kernel Programming, Domain experience in Telecom / Semiconductors / Peripherals / IoT will be an added advantage.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor training participants to acquire skills through hands-on, problem solving, case studies and intermediate & capstone projects
- Analyze Training Needs, Develop Courseware including Case Studies and Conduct Technical Training Programs
- Ability to bring real project use case scenarios for developing hands-on expertise for training participants
- Ability to Automate evaluation of hands-on assignments
- Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written), Presentation, Persuasion and Networking Skills.
- Passion for Teaching, Training and Mentoring
