AtkinsRéalis is hiring for the post of Graduate Engineer.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics, Electrical, or Control & Instrumentation.
- Strong motivation for the role, with a drive to deliver results and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in enhancing analytical problem-solving skills.
- Interest in understanding the engineering and safety aspects of commercial nuclear reactor power plants.
- Ability to comprehend high-level technical documents with attention to detail.
- Commitment to upholding our values of safety, integrity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Experience flagged:
- Experience in Microsoft Office Excel and associated macros.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with formal data management software, techniques, and tools.
- Experience with software-based and digital systems in safety or mission-critical industries.
Requirements:
- Preferred graduation years: 2022, 2023 pass out (no backlog).
- Essential skills: Fluency in English, working knowledge of MS Office.
- Desirable skills: Understanding of Python programming.
- Employment Type: Contractual (initially for 1 year, with potential for extension based on project requirements and individual performance).
- Tentative Date of Joining: May 2024.
