Job description:
Rakhoh Boilers is looking for Quality Engineer For Boiler Division.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Responsibilities for preparation of the quality plan, inspection dossier, Manufacturing Plan Etc.
- Responsible for Client Inspection as well as in-process activities during fabrication/manufacturing.
- Handling of non-Conformities defect analysis, CAPA
Qualifications, Experience and other requirements:
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 Year.
- Qualification: Diploma, BE, B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial)
- Skilled in reading Mechanical Drawings
- Knowledge of pressure vessels, Steam Boilers, Welding Processes, etc.
- Knowledge of MS Office and other computer skills
- Total responsibilities for report preparations
- Should Be At least NDT- II, At Least LPE, UT
- Has knowledge of codes and standards.
- Has knowledge of fabrication.
- Has knowledge of welding processes, WPS PQR, SMAW, MIG, SAW, etc.
- Has Thorough knowledge of Testing processes
- Has Thorough knowledge of mechanical Instruments
- Awareness of heat treatment of material, post heat treatment, pre-heat treatment, etc.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and painting with EN
