Job description:
Turbolab is looking for talented professionals from the IT sector to provide timely and accurate technical support to the clients remotely.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- A day in your work would typically involve diagnosing problems, resolving them to the end and ensuring good customer service.
- Troubleshooting for any undetermined technical issues and arranging for escalations to the appropriate teams for unresolved issues.
- Providing accurate and timely responses to queries in a 24×7 environment.
- Preparing detailed reports on technical issues and creating documentation of the processes.
- Cross checking with the Developer/ Product teams about existing as well as updated versions of platforms, frameworks and any other tools.
- Understanding the internal systems precisely and researching for varied solutions to improve outcomes.
- Demonstrating excellent work ethics.
Requirements:
- 6 months- 1 year of experience in Tech Support/ Customer Support roles.
- Readiness to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
- Good understanding of Linux/Server and networking/WEB protocols (such as TCP/IP/HTTPS/DNS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
