About the team:
High Velocity Silicon Platform Engineering (HSPE) organization under Internet of Things Group (IOTG), delivers End2End platform solutions. HSPE is responsible for the design, development, and production of System-on-a-Chip (SoC) products that go into Intel’s next generation IOTG, Client and mobile platforms. HSPE Analog and Power Products group (APPG) delivers differentiated mixed signal and power delivery IPs and products for Intel platforms and engage from product concept to customer platform enablement.
APPG team invites Graduate Student interns to join our team to deliver differentiated IPs and products that include PLLs, Data Converters, Power and Telemetry IPs, Integrated Voltage Regulators, Multiphase switched mode regulators, eFuse and PMIC SoC designed on a range of technology nodes (3nm – 130nm).
Working in the team, you will participate in:
- Translate IP requirements to analog and mixed signal circuit specifications and topology choices.
- Architecture, design, simulation and layout supervision of analog and mixed signal circuits meeting aggressive performance, area, power and schedule constraints.
- Be a key member of the team to deliver mixed signal IPs in advanced technology nodes.
- Collaborate with SoC team for IP integration
- Develop and support DFT strategy and implementation
- Collaborate with bench validation team on post silicon validation and debug
Key Skills/Experience:
- Education: Masters/Ph.D student in Electrical Engineering.
- Interest in Mixed signal circuit design
- Basic Circuit design knowledge (Analog, Digital or both)
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team environment
