Job description:
Batt:RE is conducting an interview for the post of Service Engineer who will be part of the Batt:RE service team based in Neemera, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role reports to the Batt:RE Electric Mobility’s Service Manager.
Job duties and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for all service issues and will have to assist dealerships/repair technician in problem solving.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders in bringing initiatives to life.
- Lead or assist with root cause analysis in cross functional teams.
- Communicate clearly with dealerships and/or customers regarding product/service issues and queries.
- Communicate with operations and quality teams regarding product issues
- Coordinate and/or arrange for dispatch of spare parts as per dealership request.
- Work with operations/product engineering to help improve product functionality, performance and quality as per first hand customer/dealership response.
- Help with documentation to streamline service process
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- Mechanical or Automotive Engineers will be considered as well.
- 1-5 Years of experience in service automotive industry
- Outstanding facilitation, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly communicate on multiple levels inside and outside the organization.
- Applicant should have a basic understanding of electric two wheeler functionality
- Self-starter capable of taking initiative and work with minimal direction
- Strong analytical background
- Basic or Professional Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Odia or Kannada is a plus.
