Synopsys is conducting an interview for the post of R&D Engineer, I.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- As part of this exciting role as Memory circuit R&D engineer, you would be Designing, developing, troubleshooting embedded memory compilers.
- Learn and apply skills in memory compilers having Transistor level circuit Design.
- Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Working in a collaborative nature to get the task completed in the best possible way.
- Engage well frequently with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BE/ M Tech in Electrical/Electronics/VLSI Engineering
- Experience: BE /MTech
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in design and development of memory compiler is a plus.
- Sound CMOS fundamentals
- Knowledge of CMOS fabrication
- Good digital design knowledge
- Exposure to basic analog fundamentals
- Basic know how of SRAM, ROM circuits is desirable
