Job description:
Straumann Group is conducting a Software Development Graduate Program for Engineers.
As a member of our 2023 Graduate Program, you’ll enjoy two rotations, including one outside of your home location or in another area of our business, where you’ll be mentored by a member of our Senior Leadership team to help guide you, build your network, and set you up for success.
- You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technologies and developing data-driven solutions to transform healthcare, and can expect to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions that meet business needs.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications using programming languages and development tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, implementing necessary fixes and enhancements.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver software projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- After around nine months you’ll move into your second rotation. Our GROW team will work with both you and our business units to find a suitable placement which allows you to continue to develop your skills and bring value to Straumann Group.
Qualifications and other requirements:
- To be considered, you should have a Master’s degree in software development, software engineering, computer science or similar discipline, 6-18 months of work experience, and a truly global mindset with the agility and flexibility to work across boundaries. Excellent English language skills are also essential.
- The process and timelines
- The program commences on 4 September 2023. First-round interviews with our recruitment team take place in the last two weeks of June, with final-round interviews taking place early August.
