PhonePe is conducting an interview for the post fo Gradate Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- The role would offer an opportunity to work on KYC and Other verticals Operations related initiatives with leading banks, financial and national institutions
- Research oriented, keeping track of latest technologies and guidelines on the products
- Identifying areas of operations that require improvement through a data driven
approach - Coordinating with internal and external teams to strategize and implement technical
solutions that can create business value - Customer first attitude; always on toes to lessen pain points of customers
- Tracking Success Rates and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement in products and systems
- Responsible for the management of business reporting and any ad hoc reporting required from time to time
- Leverage data to drive customer engagement. Suggest product/UI changes to optimize for conversion
- Addressing internal queries and data requirements
Qualifications and Experience required:
- B.E./B. Tech from Top Tier institute : 0-3 yrs experience
- Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively
- Have a strong bias for execution, strong analytical acumen and problem solving
- Proficient knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
- Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals
- Be skilled in building and managing business alliances
- Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment
